Mindfulness Chilterns - taking life one breath at a time
Prior to Covid, I taught mindfulness in courses, evening classes and workshops for over 8 years.

In that time, around 300 people completed one of my courses in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, learning new skills to help manage stress, anxiety, depression or just to rediscover some quiet and calm into our all too often frantic lives.
