Mindfulness Chilterns - taking life one breath at a time

I have been teaching mindfulness in courses, evening classes and workshops for over 8 years.

So far, around 300 people have completed one of my courses in Princes Risborough or Maidenhead, learning new skills to help manage stress, anxiety, depression or just to rediscover some quiet and calm into our all too often frantic lives.
